HOW MANY WINES WILL I RECEIVE?  

You determine the quantity and mix of wines through the Tipsy Quiz.  You can adjust your quantities ongoing.  All orders are a minimum of 1 (12 bottle) case.

HOW OFTEN WILL I RECEIVE MY WINES?  

As often as you’d like. You can reach out to us at any time to order more wine & update the frequency. Weekly, monthly or sometime in between, no judgement here! Tipsy Pigeon deliveries are every Friday. so we can ensure your weekend is wine ready.

HOW MUCH WILL I BE CHARGED?  

You set your own average bottle price, starting at $25-$30 per bottle (pre-tax).  We’ll always try to incorporate a variety of price points that include some splurge wines along with value gems, targeting your desired average price per bottle. We'll always seek out the best values for your budget. The total cost of each shipment will vary, reflecting the exact prices of each wine. As with order quantities & frequency, you can adjust your average bottle cost range at any time.

CAN I HAVE MY ORDER GIFT WRAPPED?

Not at this time! If you are gifting and order from us, just let us know what message we can add & we’ll include a hand written note to make it extra special.

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?

We currently deliver within San Francisco and Marin Counties. Delivery to San Francisco locations is free & delivery to Marin is $15.00.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Because these wines are coming to San Francisco from all over the world, please anticipate at most two weeks for your order to be delivered.

WHAT HAPPENS IF A BOTTLE arrives DAMAGED?

If you believe you received a defective, damaged or compromised bottle, please contact us within thirty (30) days from the date of the order at yael@tipsy-pigeon.com. We will do our best to resolve the situation by either shipping a replacement or providing a credit in the amount of the damaged goods. Defective means the product is flawed or corked; it is not a matter of taste preference.

how is the wine packaged?

All wine is hand packaged with extreme care. Our storage facilities and vehicles use to transport the wine are all temperature and humidity controlled.

HOW DO I CANCEL OR RECEIVE A REFUND ON MY ORDER?

We do not offer refunds on orders. All sales are considered final. A credit may be issued on a case by case basis.
